If you’ve been journaling for some time, you’ll know there are days when the words come effortlessly and it feels like your thoughts flow faster than your writing or typing can keep up with. Sometimes, however, it can be hard to know where to start. Even when we’ve been journaling for years, there will be days when we’re faced with a blank page and have no idea what to write. This is where journaling prompts can be useful. As well as giving you a place to begin your writing, they might also encourage you to think of new topics or perspectives you haven’t explored before.
Over the last few years, I’ve shared several different posts with journaling prompts on different topics, and I thought it might be useful to put them all in one place. Below you’ll find the links to the relevant posts, I hope they are useful!
